Hello! Thanks for taking the time to learn more about my work. As a co-founder and head of production of 4thDistrict, I spend much of my time shooting and managing logistics for our various commercial and documentary projects. I also like to get out into the field with other teams and production companies as a freelancer, and am always on the lookout for exciting projects. • Cinematographer and gaffer with a focus on lighting.

• Experience in commercial sets and in run and gun documentary productions.

• Arriflex 35 III 4-perf owner/operator with PL Mount and HD Tap.

• K3 Super16mm camera owner/operator

• Was gifted a camera at age 7 (many unforeseen consequences).

• Studied film and environmental science at Boston University. 2022.

• Co-founder, DP, and Head of Production at 4thDistrict Co. 2023.

• Co-directed and DPed Feature Paragliding Documentary Lighter Than Air (password: fly) with principal shooting in France, Pakistan and Italy. The film centers on Antoine Girard (in production). 2024.

  • Trekked and transported all gear on back and mules to Goro Il Base Camp near K2 on the
Baltoro Glacier

  • Designed custom built long range FPV Drones to carry GoPro and Black Magic Camera payloads

  • Operated FPV drones at up to 7,000 meters

  • Intercepted paragliding targets from 5km horizontal and 3km vertical distance next to Ladyfinger Peak with a drone.

  • Powered all production logistics with solar panels

  • Survived improbable levels of calamity

  • Got food poisoning.

• Photographed the Aleutian Islands for Ravn Airlines, capturing the landscapes of Unalaska in a still photo campaign while backpacking for 11 total days unsupported. Saw no people but many bald eagles. 2023.

• DPed a campaign for Fly The Earth Pants4Life Apparel and custom built a drone exceeding 220km/h to film base jumping. Got food poisoning again. 2024.

• Filmed backcountry skiers in the Wasatch range including FPV chase shots. 2025.

• Photographed across Utah and Nevada to capture MSR gear in scenic locations for Cascade Designs. Was almost eaten by a mountain lion. 2022.

• Photographed a still campaign for Sweet Baby Rays. Did not get to try any sauce. 2025.

• Trained for 12 days in Alaska for mountaineering , glacier travel, and crevasse rescue. Wiping with snowballs is sub-optimal. 2023.

• Camera Op for Song of Earthroot, shooting for a month in Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Haiphong. Huge quantites of Pho were consumed. 2023.

• DPed various commercial spots and music videos in the Northeast area. Frequently complained about insufficient eye light and asked for more haze. 2022 - Present

• Backpacked for a week across the Hornstrandir peninsula of Iceland to document the landscapes for a personal project. 2021.

• Filmed with the TeamUSA Freestyle Ski team. 2024.

• Backpacked through the Pyrenees across the Spain/France border and the Alps while shooting landscape stills to feature Panasonic’s S5II camera. 2022.

• Photographed over 200 luxury watches for Esper Luxury. Managed not to break any. 2019-2025.

• Documented northern Norway above the arctic circle for 10 days in November. Sleeping in the car not that fun with 4 hours of daylight. 2019.

• Worked at an olive farm in Samothraki, Greece for two weeks to document deforestation by goats and the ensuing environmental climate crisis. 2019.

• Served as a photojournalist for the Daily Progress in Charlottesville Virginia. 2017.
